The pressure is on for both Arsene Wenger and Pep Guardiola when their sides clash at the Etihad on Sunday. Arsenal had been keeping pace with the league leaders, but their defeat to Everton has now seen them drop to six points behind Chelsea.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, Manchester City have struggled to stay level with Chelsea, despite going unbeaten in their first ten games of the season. They ended a three-month wait for a home league win against Watford on Wednesday night, but lost Ilkay Gundogan in the process with a long term injury.<\/p>\n

Gundogan\u2019s collision with Nordin Amrabat has caused another blow for the injury-stricken midfielder, with reports suggesting that he could be out for the rest of the season. Fernandinho and Sergio Aguero are still serving their respective bans, following the fracas against Chelsea, which means that Yaya Toure and Kelechi Iheanacho could replace them. Vincent Kompany is also still out and isn\u2019t expected to return in 2016.<\/p>\n

Arsenal will be without Shkodran Mustafi and Aaron Ramsey, who are both suffering from hamstring complaints, while Santi Cazorla, Danny Welbeck, Per Mertesacker and Mathieu Debuchy remain long-term absentees.<\/p>\n
